André Hegglin has now been Agira's sole shareholder for two years. With the change of name from Krütli & Partner AG to Agira AG, it was already intended four years ago that an open partner model should emerge. It is therefore all the more gratifying that a new shareholder, Titania Heimerl, has already joined the company as a partner.

Titania Heimerl is 32 years old and lives in Neuenkirch, Lucerne. She successfully completed her exams as a Certified Fiduciary, Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in the summer of 2022 and is now completing her Master's degree in Fiduciary and Business Consulting.

The operational management of the company is now divided between two highly competent heads. The contact persons for the clients will remain the same. We look forward to continue to provide you with professional and targeted advice and support.
